There have been threads about Tiopaz and need to add better face reconstructions of small faces, but so far Topaz have not implemented it. In normal, high res clean images, it delivers similar results to Topaz, some better, some worse, depending on the image, but on average very comparable. So far I’ve tried every AI enlarger that is commercial, didn’t code one myself, but all the commercial options, HitPaw AI new model for reconstructing faces, is so far the best, and superior to Topaz with examples where there are small or blurry faces. I guess the downside is no Mac version, but perhaps they are planing it. So far I’ve seen quite a few similar Online AI photo enhancers, but HitPaw AI has three models now and one it tries to make itself different by being offline app. With the use of few other programs and plug ins in Photoshop its possible to regain some of the lost skin texture or generate new one, and also adding a bit of film grain, makes the faces not look as artificial with extreme cases.īy the way, there is a demo image that comes with the program, it demonstrates how blurry image can be reconstructed with their new Model C for faces. I imagine this is the kind of tech they will start putting in the smartphones soon, because it really changes the smartphone photography. It cleans up the noise, enlarges 4x although its easy to down sample it to any resolution one needs, and best of all and most impressive it can reconstruction faces amazingly well even in difficult situations and the person is recognizable. I use it quote often, and I find it to be maybe best value for low light and low resolution smartphone shots of people. Maybe you need to wait a bit for preview, but I never had an issue with it. I also can’t see the two before-and-after panels you show (I see a single panel) or export the result to view separately when using the trial version. “On the PC, I still don’t know how good the app is because it refuses to generate a preview (“0%” flickers when I hit the Preview button but nothing happens). Anything requiring coding with no decent Graphical User Interface is out of the question for vast majority of users.

I get done with work, sit down on that couch with my wife, and I'm like, 'Yo, am I buggin' right now?' My wife wants to watch a Netflix show, and I'm like, 'Should I be doing this?'. Mineo shares the importance of annually taking an intentional, spiritual, and creative retreat with his friends. “I started thinking about all the times where I feel like I'm in a rush, and why it's so hard for me to relax or take a day off. The two artists rap to a constantly ticking clock about the life of an artist and the internal pressure to consistently work. Though self-explanatory, this concept of taking time to not work is especially challenging for full-time creatives. "Always in a Rush" features video director, producer, rapper, and all-around creative, Mez. As the famous American painter Pollock was known for his iconic deranged way of creating art with paint splashes, Mineo managed to harness the unhindered calamity of pure sound through various beats, samples, and lyrical flow. Though it lacks consistent rhythm and pockets, this multi-directional songwriting was created with pure intention. The track is a whirlwind of sound being spastic in production and shifty in lyrical flow. Mineo even took the opportunity to duet with fans and any contesting wordsmiths. "Jackson Pollock" is a self-produced, punch-drunk number from the project that went wild on Tik-Tok. Herman Miller's one of them," he continues as he details the ways he was inspired by how people are blessed by what they make. “So, I just started naming songs on this project of people that inspired me. The co-produced "Herman Miller" is in respect to the craftsmanship of museum-worthy, well-produced furniture as he's recently gained interest in home design and real estate. He shares, “I'm out here watching documentaries on furniture & seating, so that's how you know it's just gotten bad,” he joked. Speaking of inspiration, the next track "Herman Miller" is a nod to one of Mineo's more recent unpredictable life inspirations. They rap about how far they've come as a means to inspire over the lo-fi instrumentation lead while jazzy chords lay the background of a relaxing city subway vibe. "Shibuya Roll Call" sees the collaborators introducing themselves to the listeners in classic ice-breaker fashion. The song features a verse from Wordsplayed, a familiar artist to Mineo following their joint 2017 project, Andy Mineo & Wordsplayed Present Magic & Bird. The 7-track EP opener, "Shibuya Roll Call", is cuffed with a visual sample from the above-mentioned Japanese trip with his crew. S0, I just wanted to give something to people for 2020, something that would lift their spirits a little bit, and help them think positively in the midst of such a wild year.” (It) was such a happy time that inspired this whole record. “And I was just referencing the whole time – this happy thought – of me traveling with my friends and that became such a big part of the rollout. “The whole idea of me releasing this is that I took a trip to Japan right before the shutdown with me and my friends,” shares Mineo. As bizarre of a year this has been, he finds himself once again providing the world with a more playful and upbeat release that is palatable, palpable, and positive. While creating substantial lyrical content song after song, his music medicates present-day necessities. Bassy, and longtime friend, Lecrae.īut throughout his decade-long eclectic career, Mineo continues to find natural ways to be inventive and allow his music to consistently stay relevant. Now at 32 years of age, the New York-rapper has already achieved respectful success with a handful of records under his belt, a certified-Gold single, in the 2014 "You Can't Stop Me", and collaborations with notable acts like Logic, !llmind, Marc E. With sheer excitement, he also shared details about some upcoming projects currently in the process of being rolled out.Īnyone well-versed in the vibrant early 2010s hip-hop scene will be quite familiar with Mineo's work. In an exclusive interview with EARMILK, he discussed some of the current hardships and meaning behind some of this new music. Mineo's, Happy Thoughts EP is a timely pack of music focused on good vibes for anyone struggling through the many challenges 2020 has brought us all. We all could use a few Happy Thoughts this year, wouldn't you say? The new EP from seasoned artist and producer Andy Mineo is a fitting title that plays directly into the project's overall narrative that he plans to continue well into the new year. 1/15/2024 0 Comments Unchecky host fileYou can adjust name resolution behavior in the Name Resolution section in the Preferences Dialog. After successive generations, our iPhone got notably warm to the touch. Either way, SD is computationally intensive. It's faster on an iPhone 14 Pro, according to Liu Liu, generating an image in about a minute. On our iPhone 11 Pro, generating a 384×384 image took a little over two minutes. To use it, type in a prompt at the top of the screen, then tap "Generate." Between generating images, tap the number in the top center of the screen to randomize the seed, which is a number that partially guides the generation of the image. Upon first running Draw Things, the app downloads several necessary files-including the Stable Diffusion 1.4 model-to your iPhone. "6GiB sounds a lot, but iOS will start to kill your app if you use more than 2.8GiB on a 6GiB device, and more than 2GiB on a 4GiB device." "The main challenge is to run the app on the 6GiB RAM iPhone devices," Liu Liu writes. In the same vein, Liu Liu has managed to optimize Stable Diffusion to run on the iPhone, a somewhat difficult process that the developer described in a blog post. When running locally, SD requires a fairly beefy GPU to generate images quickly, but some developers optimized the model to run on older GPUs with less VRAM (if you don't mind waiting longer to see results). Typically, people run SD through the commercial DreamStudio service, on a remote cloud machine with rented compute time, or locally on a PC using a custom open source implementation. Introduced in August, Stable Diffusion (SD) is an AI image generator model that creates novel images from text descriptions (called "prompts").
